Animal Control
Mission
Our goal as Animal Law Enforcement is to bring awareness of adequate care to our Town Animals. Our mission is to investigate animal cruelty, help and care for our town strays and return lost animals to their owners all while enforcing our Town Ordinance.
Functions
Our Town Shelter can house six cats in our inside cat area along with six canine kennels that allow access to outside runs. We strive to care for our animals as if they were in our own home. Each cat and canine receives the utmost love and attention we are able to give. We currently have two dog walkers who split their time to get our canines out for nice walks daily (contingent to the weather).
The Animal Shelter is responsible for the safekeeping and adoption of pets in the Hopkinton Community.
We provide community outreach through our volunteer program and an annual rabies clinic.
