1. Amendments to The Town of Hopkinton’s Land Development and Subdivision Regulations. Public Hearing. Proposal to separate the Application Checklists and Subdivision Supporting Forms from the body of the Town of Hopkinton Land Development and Subdivision Regulations, to be managed by the Planning Department; other minor modifications will also be proposed to be consistent with State Law requirements.

The Planning Board may discuss, consider and vote to approve the proposed amendments.

2. Planning Board Election of Officers: Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary.

The Planning Board may discuss and vote to elect Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary.
