1. Review/Clarify TRC Roles and Responsibilities
The Administrative Officer/TRC Chairperson may present information regarding the roles and responsibilities of the TRC
The Committee may review, discuss and/or make non-binding recommendations to the Planning Board regarding the proposed application for a Major 7 Lot Subdivision located at AP 23, Lot 56A1, 50 Alton Bradford Road.
Action Items: Possible vote on TRC’s recommendation to the Planning Board

4. Procedural Matter – Determine Reoccurring Day/Time for Future TRC Monthly Meetings
The Administrative Officer/TRC Chairperson may lead a discussion and the committee may choose a standing, reoccurring day and time for future TRC monthly meetings
Action Items: Possible vote by the TRC to determine future standing and reoccurring monthly TRC meeting days/times
