Hopkinton Comprehensive Plan

The Hopkinton Comprehensive Plan provides the Town of Hopkinton with a long-range guide for its future by taking a comprehensive look at the community as a whole. It assesses historic and current trends, presents residents' vision for the Town, and provides the framework for reaching that vision. The framework incorporates goals, policies, and recommendations that are short-, mid-, and long-term in nature. The current Hopkinton Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Town Council in 2016.
